We are considered in-network with the following insurance plans: Aetna, Oscar,Oxford health PLans, UMR united healthcare company, All Savers, United Healthcare Student Resources, Harvard Pilgram Health Care, Meritain Health an Aetna company, Avmed, Lyra, United Healthcare, Optum. We do not currently accepted Medicaid, but you can view our resources page here if you can not afford to pay out-of-network therapy. ​ ​If you have another insurance plan that we are not in-network in, we can provide you with a billing statement at the end of each month, called a superbill, to help you get reimbursed for your out-of-network benefits. This works well for most of our clients, and most Florida insurance plans have out-of-network benefits for mental health therapy services. Plans can cover between 40-80% of the session cost and get you reimbursed for out-of-pocket expenses.

Treatment length varies with the nature of the treatment goals. The first step in therapy is to clearly define the problem and goals of treatment. After this, your therapist can estimate the length of treatment. Some people see improvement after a few sessions. Others choose to work on goals that involve a longer commitment.

Yes, upon request we can send you monthly superbills so you can get reimbursement from your insurance provider if you have out-of-network benefits.

We are available to see clients in-person and through telehealth in Florida. Not all of our clinicians are available in-person, but all of our clinicians are available through telehealth. Our office is located in North Miami Beach at: 1380 NE Miami Gardens Dr. Suite 242, , North Miami Beach, Florida, 33179 We are able to see clients through convenient telehealth sessions in Florida and across Arizona.
